Rena and Rika from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni (kai). They the awesomezors :D.

Done this while ago. :/ Just finish coloring it... I had some... unpretty stuffs left in mah cp, so I had to finish them off :)
Bad piece, really. It's such a bad piece... I've been trying to find ways to improve, and it's not really helping myself.
